OTVP Combined System is a mobile unit that integrates oil treatment and vacuum systems on a single skid, providing complete transformer service capability in one compact design.

The oil treatment section offers a variable flow rate of 500–12,000 L/h, in addition to a vacuum pump coupled with a booster pump to achieve deep vacuum for efficient dehydration and degassing. A precision heat exchanger ensures uniform heating distribution, while a three-stage filtration system provides fine purification down to 1 μm.

The vacuum section features two vacuum pumps, and one roots booster pump, delivering a primary pumping capacity of 680 m3/h and a maximum pumping speed of 2460 m3/h.

The plant can be equipped with an oil trap and cut-off valve to prevent oil intake into the booster or vacuum pump, as well as a vacuum monitoring gauge with a set point for automatic booster activation.
